Plural Strategy supports Vespa Capital’s successful exit of Random42

25 July 2017

Plural Strategy has supported Vespa Capital, the management and shareholders of Random42, with Vendor commercial due diligence (CDD), culminating in a successful exit to Graphite Capital.

Vespa Capital acquired the business in March 2015. Since then it has helped Random42 to develop its financial team and systems, premises, and people. It has also introduced new business leads, and encouraged the marketing team to actively pursue opportunities in the biotechnology and medical devices sectors.

Random42 is the leading provider of scientifically accurate medical animations to global pharmaceutical companies. Its core capabilities include mobile applications, virtual reality and augmented reality, 2D and 3D animation, website design and interactive services.
