Plural is delighted to have supported Arc on its acquisition of five rural sector events from Fortem International.
Arc is a global events, data, and media platform backed by investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital. The acquisition adds further depth and reach to Arc’s portfolio across the UK agriculture sector. Plural provided commercial due diligence on the transaction.
The five events, operating under the umbrella brand “Rural Entrepreneur Live” take place annually at the NEC Birmingham, connecting UK farmers and land owners seeking alternative sources of income and innovation.
What We Did
Plural conducted a needs based segmentation of the customer base across the five brands, to help drive Arc’s strategy as it plans for the next phase of growth. Our work also highlighted the continuing importance of face to face in the agriculture sector.
