Julie Harris is Chief Executive Officer of Expana, the leading agrifood Price Reporting Agency and global intelligence platform.

Julie has extensive experience leading and scaling international B2B data and analytics businesses, with a particular focus on strategic and cultural transformation to deliver value in private equity-backed environments. She has lived and worked across Europe, North America and Asia, bringing a global commercial perspective to data-led growth.

Prior to Expana, Julie was CEO of IWSR, the global authority on beverage alcohol data and insights. During her tenure, she led a significant transformation of the business, including product innovation, the launch of long-term forecasting capabilities, platform modernisation and international expansion, culminating in its successful sale to WGSN in 2025.

Earlier in her career, Julie held executive leadership roles across several PE-backed businesses, including WGSN, Immediate Media, Upper Street Events and Comparison Technologies. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Hyve plc and Which? Ltd.

Angus Hume is the Chief Executive Officer of Vanda Research, a position he has held since June 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Partner and Global Head of Distribution at Vanda Research from November 2018 to June 2020. Hume has a diverse background in finance, having previously worked at BCA Research as a Global Director of Sales and at Goldman Sachs. His appointment at Vanda Research is seen as a significant step in the firm's growth and development, as he brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role.

Prior to joining Luminance, I was a Director at Darktrace. There, I established and expanded the company's operations across Africa and later served as the Global Head of the Darktrace Industrial Division, shaping its direction and growth.

Ken Meehan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is the Founder & CEO of New Project Media (NPM), a data and intelligence platform focused on the North American renewable energy market. At NPM, Ken oversees a team of journalists, analysts, and researchers who provide comprehensive coverage of projects and markets.

Lars Eirik Nicolaisen has been with Rystad Energy since 2008 and is currently deputy-CEO and Senior-Partner, residing in Oslo, Norway.

Mario Razzini is a Partner at Francisco Partners. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2011. Mario currently serves on the boards of Jama, Macrobond, nShift, ByBox, Kobalt, and Native Instruments. He also previously served on the board of ClickSoftware and LiveU. Mario has a B.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. He previously worked at Arma Partners and Citigroup.

Luuk Veeken is the CEO of Dexter Energy Services, where he leads the company focused on accelerating the energy transition through AI-based solutions. He has a background in Energy Science and has previously worked on smart grid implementation and renewable energy forecasting. Under his leadership, Dexter Energy has developed innovative products that help energy companies navigate short-term power markets effectively. Luuk's mission is to create a sustainable energy grid by leveraging machine learning and data science to optimise renewable energy trading.

Catherine joined Plural from Landmark Information Group, where she was Director of Strategic Innovation. Prior to Landmark, Catherine was a strategy and M&A consultant supporting clients in the B2B information and media industries.

Catherine has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Outside of work, you will find Catherine keeping up with her two young children or running by the river close to home.

Jonathan has over 15 years’ experience advising corporate and private equity clients covering the intersection of information, media, marketing and technology sectors in London, New York and Hong Kong.

He leads client engagements, ensuring that the team addresses the key strategic issues facing our clients.

Jonathan holds a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick.

Jim launched Plural Strategy in 2014. He has worked in the information industries for over 20 years, both as a consultant and in industry. Jim has advised many of the leading global players in b2b information, data and analytics, media and marketing services, and software. He helps clients with growth strategy, performance improvement, digital transformation and acquisition, and has supported private equity clients on some of the pre-eminent deals in the sector.
