Plural supports Goldenpeak investment into Ampere Analysis

Goldenpeak, a private equity firm specialising in high-growth business and information services, has made a majority investment in Ampere Analysis, a market-leading data and analytics business serving the media, games and sports sectors.

Ampere Analysis offers clients a comprehensive view of the global entertainment market through subscription-based online services, market intelligence, audience insights and monetisation strategies. The investment will support organic growth and targeted M&A, including the simultaneous acquisition of PlumResearch, an independent data company providing insights to the global entertainment industry.

Plural is delighted to have supported Goldenpeak in its commercial due diligence of Ampere Analysis.
