Comexposium acquires DMG Events’ Digital Marketing Division; Plural provided strategic due diligence

Comexposium, a leading global exhibition organiser, has acquired the digital marketing events division of DMG events, including the market leading ad:tech and iMedia brands.

Combined with Comexposium’s Mobile Media Summits, and Digital Marketing and eCommerce one-to-ones, the group will become the global leader in digital marketing and eCommerce events.

Plural, led by Jim Easton, supported Comexposium with strategic due diligence and business plan development.
