Commercial due diligence for LDC on its investment in MSQ Partners

Plural supports LDC on its investment in MSQ Partners

LDC has backed the buyout of MSQ Partners, one of the UK’s fastest growing marketing communication groups, in a deal that values the business at around £37.5m.

MSQ Partners is a multi-disciplinary group of digital, creative, branding and PR agencies. The group, which includes Holmes & Marchant (branding & design), Smarts Communicate (PR and content), Stack (customer activation and engagement), Stein IAS (B2B marketing), The Gate (creative and media) and twentysix (digital), employs more than 600 people across 15 offices in the UK, China, Singapore and USA.

MSQ Partners offers their clients an innovative integrated-approach to multi-channel marketing, drawing from the strengths of their constituent agencies. They are amongst a new generation of agency groups who are responding to client demand by combining creative ideation, media strategy, planning, and data analytics. With LDC’s support this successful model will be expanded from London to other international hubs.

Plural supported LDC with commercial due diligence. Plural’s team was led by Jim Easton, Jamie Berridge and Henry Putt.
