Plural Strategy supports Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on its investment in International Franchise Professionals Group

Plural is delighted to have supported Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) in its commercial evaluation of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), a membership-based franchise broker organisation helping more than 1,500 franchisors grow their brands and footprint.

Plural provided commercial due diligence on the investment, including a quantitative survey with franchisors.

The work extends Plural’s deep expertise across subscription membership models.
