Supporting Clarion with commercial due diligence on major US events acquisition

Clarion Events has acquired a majority stake in Atlanta-based organiser Urban Expositions as part of its push into the US market. Plural supported Clarion with Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisition.

Urban Expositions’ portfolio includes more than 30 events, and publications across five sectors: gift and souvenir, food service, aviation, gaming and art. The business, which has revenue in excess of US$30m also has offices in Connecticut and Florida.
