Plural Strategy has advised PEI Media in its acquisition of a portfolio of assets including PEHub, Buyouts Insider, Venture Capital Journal and Regulatory Compliance Watch from holding company Simplify Compliance.
This subscription-led information and events portfolio substantially increases PEI‘s footprint in the United States, and further confirms PEI’s position as the pre-eminent global provider of information for investment professionals in alternative asset classes and related fields.
The deal represents PEI’s first strategic acquisition under the ownership of Bridgepoint Development Capital, who acquired the business in 2018.
