Plural Strategy supports Opus Origin on its sale of InfraXmedia to Bowmark Captial

Opus Origin has agreed the sale of a majority shareholding in InfraXmedia to Bowmark Capital. InfraXmedia is a leading B2B media, events and intelligence company serving the global digital infrastructure industry, connecting decision-makers across the global data centre, compute and AI infrastructure ecosystem through industry news, market data, professional learning and live events. Its brand portfolio includes DatacenterDynamics, Yotta, Data Center Nation and SDxCentral.
