Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. have entered into definitive agreements to acquire Emerald Holding, Inc. and Questex, LLC, with the intention to combine two leading B2B events and media businesses. Plural provided commercial due diligence on the acquisitions.
