B2B media company, WTWH Media LLC, has acquired the digital media platform, Aging Media Network. Plural Strategy is delighted to have supported Mountaingate Capital and WTWH Media with commercial due diligence.
Aging Media Network is a digital-only B2B media provider serving the senior care and behavioral health sectors. The multi-channel media platform offers an array of products and services across digital content and events.
This acquisition will strengthen WTWH Media’s ability to provide valuable content to professionals in the rapidly growing healthcare market.
This transaction follows Mountaingate’s investment in WTWH in December 2022.
